  • Well.  I will ditto what Mr. Ted said!

  • THanks everyone!!! Yep - I like using the bottom of the boxes. The Undercrown Gordita boxes are my favorite favorite boxes. The bottom works well and sounds great - looks great too because the label wraps all the way around. Also leaves room for soundholes and pickups without cutting into the cool lid graphic. The Undercrown Feral Flying Pig boxes are cool too and the lids are nice and thin.

  • Sweet mother of buttermilk biscuits n gravy...milk the cat & take the cow for a walk...that is one clean, sexy looking cb banjo...and like many others out there may say..."dig the Elmar flatpup".

  • Yum! That looks delicious!! Nice work.

  • Yep sharp lookin overall....looks like a keeper to me !!!

  • Nice! Love those f-holes. Smart to use the bottom on that box. I have a ton of those undercrown boxes, but never wanted to build with them on account of the too-thick lid, which everyone says makes them sound crummy. But they are such cool looking boxes, all finger-jointed & whatnot ...So the other day I took a couple of them apart, thinned-down the insides of the lids with a router and then I built a couple of really great sounding cbgs. I am hooked. These Undercrown boxes can be awesome, if you know how to work with them, and it is clear that you do.
