Got the neck off of an old broken MandoMade a new fret board attached the neck New tuners. tail piece bridge saddle from broken one.

  • Unc  i originally had it mounted on a MDF paper box.
    Sounded like crap! So i mounted on the Box instead.
    Also had to pick a box that had this type of top/lid so i could slide it under the fret board.

  • Thanks Jim i really loved the tuners that were on it but the brass parts were shot.Tried to use alot of the main parts. Pretty thick lid so i did not use bracing but i used the original sound block post that was under the bridge.

  • Good job! I was gonna mention when I watched the vid that the headstock reminded me of some old mandos I've seen. Now I know why!
