Lona Hill Texas Tinjo

I got Dona’s third build off eBay back in 2011. It had terrible fret positions. The bridge is too close to the nut so everything was off. To be correct i’d Need to have the bridge on the neck though butt. So I will remark the frets with stripes to correct it.

  • Awesome relic look to it Dave. Have you considered putting in new string holes so you have room for the correct bridge position? Then you could design your bridge like a literal bridge with one foot on the neck butt and the other on the tin so you are still getting vibration to the top of the tin.

  • I like it’s funky Bones. I wish I could stretch the neck an inch or so to get the bridge in the right place. But, it’ll do as is. Just need to ignor the frets and re Mark the board.
