Another breakaway from the cigar box..I made this combo using military ammo cans..I took apart an amp and put the guts and speaker into the larger ammo can..I used 50 cal casings for the volume and tone control knobs..Thinking outside the box again..

Hi Benjamin..I would be honored to help you out..I can send you a detail scetch on how I mount the necks in the ammo cans..In fact if you would like, I have one already made with an ammo can amplifier to match and If you would give me your address over there I would just give it to you..That way you cold just look inside and see how it's done and then you keep it or give it to one of your friends..Just let me know..Here is my email to make it easier to get back and forth with each other..Jim....................jim.con@verizon.net
Hey Jim, im in afghanistan and looking to make myself a cbg, its my third build was wondering if I could copy yer idea, also I am trying a bolt on neck and was wondering how you put yours on. keeping in mind im really limited.
