Thanks. I have enjoy my Lowebow very much, I actually need to update this photo as I have modded it a bit by adding bouts, volume controls and moving the output jacks (I didn't do the mods, Joker did, he does good work).
I don't know about tuning, I haven't changed it at all. I bought this Lowebow because it was tuned DDAd and that was what I wanted as that is my tuning of choice on a 6 string, very familiar. The Nation will have better resources for tunings than me.
When I do break a string, I'm just gonna bug John, not much choice there. When I do get the gauges I'm gonna write them on the back of the guitar for future reference.
Nice Lowebow. I have a similar 30" coming. Have you had occasion to change tuning & strings? Where could I get info on string guages and open tunings (other than bugging John)? Thanks.
