My other mess up that I have to deal with is the tuner, I cut the head to shallow I think Time will tell another rush and not thinking it out time. Now I am trying to think of a fix for this as well

Man, just glus up a quarter inch piece on the back side. I do em that way on purpose. Make the added piece just a bit longer than the headstock.
