  • @Uncle John Thank you.  That pic is my son.  It went to him as a Christmas present.  He is a better guitar player than I'll ever be.  

    The neck is from a Telleno guitar made by the United Guitar Company in New Jersey sometime between 1939 and 1960.  Probably on the early side of that because the original tuning machines were held on with nails.  I had the whole guitar but the body was plywood and had water damage.  The box is a Handy Andy toy tool chest, probably from the 1960s.  The guitar came from a yard sale for I believe $10 a few years ago.  I used the tailpiece as well.
