The "arrowheads" are keyhole coverplates, for old-style (like skeleton keys) keyed locks. You see them a lot on Federal and Neo-Classical style furniture and cabinetry, like sideboards, cupboards, bureaus, jewelry chests, silver cutlery chests, etc. Places like Restoration Hardware, and sometimes Lowe's or HD, often carry them in brass, or stained / lacquered base metal.

(Dont know what they would normally be used for but thought they looked pretty cool).The tailpiece is an antique hinge and the saddle is a piece of 3/16" steel plate that i cut with a CNC machine in the steel shop that i work in, with an old skeleton key on top.

That looks great. Needs some description. Tail piece> Sound holes - arrow heads? Like the saddle.
