Ah Uncle John, you spotted my drill n fills.....unfortunately I used pine dowels which went a weird colour when I applied the tung oil...I learned a whole lot from that 1st build....still keeping her though :-) Its a great little git.
Nice lines and woods I bet those dowels are screw up cover-ups. That would be the case on mine. They look decorative and good. Always seems best to have some distance between the nut and tuners.
