Beautiful Kerrigan ! I have a friend nearby that makes these. Called Yoheko (sp?). It’s fingered with your fingernails (using them like slides on the horse hair strings. He makes his own horse hair braided bows for them too. Jerry Henkel is his name. I own one of his prototypes. Very cool raspy tone.

Very nice. I always like to see someone working off the grid and making instruments capable of creating new sounds. Good job! Can't wait to hear it.
