At night the flame out of the stack of the wood kiln is beautiful. Smoke billows into the sky like a steam train. Each stoke of the kiln creates a show.

Ya Maddog, I made 41 birdhouses two summers ago. There's a flock of them under my kiln shed weathering... I don't use any paint or finish on them. They started me making box guitars. Note the resemblance to guitars. There's a hole in a wood front. I named my business out of it... "Birdhouse Ukulele".
I like that kind of light show Dave! Are you a bird house builder also? I build them myself and sell em' at Flea Markets and out at the restaurant. Fun hobby.
