Your first build looks awesome! My first build took two weeks. I've found that brand of box has a lot of punch. You'll be happy with the sound. Welcome to group therapy for your new addiction!

I did make a couple of tool buys for this, my favorite being the fret nippers from Stew Mac. oh yeah, and their little fret file. Have already started on the second build. I know I'm going to learn on this one too because I'm doing a single coil pickup and have a different style of box. Seems like there are a thousand different ways you can go with a build. :D
You did a wonderful job. Welcome to the addiction! I have been building about a year and a half. With 3 guitars, 10 or so ukuleles, and couple of diddly bow experiments. Good tools, like the drill bits, have made all the difference for me. Can't wait to see more of your work

had some problems with traveling drill bits so for the next one I have brad point bits. :D
