S Thetic help requested? Color of the saddle and bridge???

What color should the bridge and saddle be? Aesthetic help requested. That may or may not be a permanent saddle and bridge. It works fine. Plays at grade C and sounds D+. What would look right- black? white? natural wood? Some of you expert builders may recognize that this is NOT a CBG. It was a wreck of an old six string with much of the top, bottom and braces unglued and a wild hippie paint job. I did a rough glue job and sanding and painted it black and wolf.

Darn you, Bob!    LOL.  I got it all done with black bridge and white bone saddle.   I placed a mock-up red eye on it and Linda and I both liked it better without an eye.  Just a silhouette.   But now, darn it, your idea sounds worth a mock-up.

Guys, I tried a red bridge mock-up and it was pretty cool.   I guess I went more conservative.  I like the outcome.  Thanks for your interest and ideas.

Fixed up well there Uncle J.  Red sounds good, though wolves can give off a nice blue-grey glint/sparkle in the eye area...!?

I don't know about the eye.  I may kind of mock one up and see how it looks.   Hmm.   Rainy here and a bit chilly.  Making me lack motivation to go out to the the shed.   Pretty sure I am going to try black bridge,  and if I have one, white saddle.  Red eye?

Yeah, like Alan said, red eye for a Devil Wolf ;^)

Like Derek, I think Red, or maybe White with a Red section up around where Lobo's eye is :-)
