I found this odd 5" Fisher alnico speaker at an antique shop. It appears to be from an old home stereo. The cone has a scape but other than that it's in really good shape. Impedance is 8.5 ohms. Oddly, it has 8 mounting holes. It cost me $7. I'm going to attempt to make an amp out of it.

Hope it turns out good. Maddog has made a lot of amps out of varied speakers. It interest me that he favors Ford car and truck speakers.
