Hi Ross, The ugly warning sticker is under the lid which I carefully cut off. I removed and replaced one of the edge trims and used the lid up-side-down, screw fixing it to side rails in the box.
This also shows pocket for pickup and extra reinforcing for the straight through neck. Because of the thinness of the box (only 35mm 1 1/2") it was quite a trick to maintain the integrity of the neck. I think I knocked of the head design from someone else anyway! Have used it flat and now angled - I like the shape.
