The Body is two boxes joined together They were the right width but too short. I decided to use the seam creatively to make the star and bars.

Very nice!!! I'm working on a similar one...it's a bicentennial license plate and I'm doing a flag on the back...hadn't figured out what I was going to do on the sides. Might have to take a page out of your book. Maybe stripes on the long sides and blue with stars on the short ones. Hmmmmmmmmmmmmm

I got lazy and just did the one star and a few fat bars. Thinking of using that reverse ink jet transfer technique to add an Eagle on the back end.
