My squirrel trap uses two latches. One is a magnetic cabinet latch. The other is a roller latch. Then a hook latch for security in transport. I relocated a fat Franklin Ground Squirrel today. Here a chipmunk relaxes in the shade on the squirrel travel trailer.

  • I think a very smooth soft string will feel good on your skin while you wait. I like the single coil "foil" pickup. To foil the pesky rascals.
  • It works very nice. Make it long so the cat's tail won't be caught in the door as it slams shut on poor pussy. Nancy Kat won't like it though. You!ll have to refine the design. I sit and watch for the critter and pull the string when the tail is inside the door sill. You will need to make a trip or trigger for the cat to spring. Or sit up all night and have some cat fun.
  • I may have to build one of those Dave, to deal with the Pesky "Cat" Critters that seem to inhabit my yard during the night and wee hours of the morning.
