  • Thanks Unc! I don't know why I went with such a long scale length ( 23" is what I usually use), but I like it and it does play well, more acoustic volume than I would've thought. I've got it tuned EBe and been having fun with it I do have a black pickup that I will be using on the next washboard build . . .
  • Ha.    I like it and the dark colors and the photo.  Looks long scale, but from your good description, I see it is pretty standard in that regard.  

    Very nice.   I would want to keep that one if it is a good player - and I would bet it is.   I might, might, might, paint that pickup-- gray, flat black or brown.
