circuit diagram for bass

This is the circuit diagram I used for my bass guitar. As you may notice, it is just a modified version of a jazz bass schematic to incorporate piezo transducers. My bass has some electronic issues, which I suspect are grounding issues and dodgy connections, but this circuit may have obvious flaws that I haven't noticed (if you see any, tell me!). My bass is still a work in progress!
