Jack came from a friend's junk box and the mounting plate came from a scrap piece of veneer I found in the basement. The side of box was too thick for the jack. Pickup is a 22 mm piezo disk. Difficulty was getting the knack of soldering leads to the disk without cooking the ceramic part. Got it on the second try! :)
