Justin is such a great teacher of all that is CBG's! He gave a lesson at our Restaurant when he played there this fall and by the end of the lesson he had the ones who had never touched a git before playing a song. So much fun!!!

Correct, ether the process comes natural or he's learned to organize lessons. Any hoo, he had beginners playing by end of that night as well.
