    Hey c storz - it does have a little weight but I really haven't noticed.  I used to play bass through an old Peavey TNT 100 so anything lighter than that Peavey seems to go unnoticed - LOL.

    Yes it would! It was an easy build. $30 in electronics, 2 dollar yard sale ammo can, 2 hour build. I get a lot of looks when I carry it around...
