    Thanks Uncle!  I've used this headstock design a few times now - cut an angular chunk off and re-glue it to form the taper, giving room to locate all tuners so they tighten in the same direction.  My guitar-playing son said he thought that was important!  Gotta admit - I don't ALWAYS follow that advice, just to reaffirm that "THERE AIN'T NO RULES!"    ;-)
