  • Thanks!  The high bridge wasn't the original plan, but I switched fretboards in the middle of the build from a 1/8" to a 1/4" piece. I was a little concerned about the thickness of the pickup - but it turns out I really didn't need to do that. In the end I had to bring up the bridge height to match the new higher fretboard, but I really like how it ended up. Might need to do an additional piece to bring the pickup a little closer to the strings after I get it wired up tonight.

  • Looks sweet. Hey with the bridge and saddle standing so tall are the strings high? If so, is that intentional for slide only or for slide only? With that pup she should growl. Nice work.
