Brig Niagara

Here is the bottom section of the mast from the Brig Niagara. I am told this was installed in 1966 and removed in 1988. I cut it into 2" thick slabs to make tables and maybe even a guitar.

    wow thats some slab of laminated wood aint it - what wood is it , looks like pitch pine from the end grain ?
