bridge cover option

Being "raised' on a vintage Strat I'm used to resting my hand on the bridge for muteing(sp) and harmonics , but for serious "strumming"this will protect the bridge from any inadvertent movment in the middle of your best song . I'm on the fence with this . No holes drilled .

  • im with wes that is a cool bridge ,nice guitar, some way to have it slide on and off .
  • I was going to do the same thing with my last build but, like TC said, I didn't think it would feel right (or give me full playability). I opted to put it on the top corner instead and use as a carrying handle. looks nice and is useful! but if u place it over the bridge lemme know how u think of it.

    u will quickly get used to palm muting around/in front of it while resting ur hand on it..
    i do this on dobro conversions, and theres plenty of steels like this
