This photo shows the (roughly) 30 degree angle at the bottom of the "holes" that is needed to make the "fingers" fit together to form a 60 degree corner. After gluing up the box, I also used home made wood putty (white glue and saw dust) to fill the areas between the fingers and the holes better. I need a more accurate way of filing down these 30 degree angles so they are spot on (mine weren't). Time to develop a special jig I guess.
