  • "Big Red" looks like he's the head of that family !!!

  • Thanks Bristol. I spread my sheets on a fresh snow and wack them with a broom till clean. Nothing like fresh sheets.
  • Good Idea Dave ! I find it all slightly overwhelming ! I work with a guy I was at school with from 5 - 16 yrs old. At 13 he thought I was a computer nerd because I used to sit for hours programming BASIC into an Atari 400. Now the tables are reversed as he struggles daily to get me understand editing Excel spreadsheets ! :-)

  • Bristol, maybe we could start a forum for video idiots. I'll bet the members would help us learn how. I've got to get past this blockage.
  • Dave, I'm a Luddite ! I have only had a home laptop for 2 months and my 4G phone for Xmas! I need to learn how to post pics & video .... I've always felt like an outsider til I got onto CBN . Now I feel the confidence to share some crummy cover versions with the world , like you have shared pics of your fab builds.... CBN really does feel like Family :-D

  • Bristol thanks. I got her strung today. Sounds great. I still don't know how to get my recordings on Nation. I waded through it once but never tried it again. I need to learn how. I can make a good guitar but I can't get it on Nation.
  • Wicked cool stuff - Can't wait to see & hear "Big Red" finished !

  • Humidor Flatpup? What you talkin? An Elmar variant?
  • Thanks Wes. I found some kids tools on ebay to add some kid mojo. Now I've got wait for the shipment... I'll get the pickup running to pass some time.
  • Thanks Maddog. Wish I had a Maddog in the family. Someday perhaps. I added a second test string on Red this evening. She sounds good. Not as rattled as I expected. Mellow metal rumba. The good stuff.
