Well it takes more things to consider while building, the difficulty is in the angles and the calculation off the flow of the strings in relation whit the fretboard . i like the sound its smooth acousticly and now its multy effect ready ,like your lead amp is whit a reverb and by the lace ,and your secondary amp is a bit growly whit say some distortion ,this way you can make a live mix. i just like the estatics of a tree cone, one of my first slide likes is from the Blues exspiriment by johnny Winter ,and he played one on that record ! the name to Black cat Bone!  thats oke UJ !

Beautiful, Andries. Is it a new or old build?  That four hole tail piece sure looks good.  I would expect these to be very difficult builds.  Was it highly difficult?  How does it sound? 

I think they are cool, but I am not really tempted to try one.
