Thanks for the like "Ambrose", just so we will never forget , lives for freedom, hard price to pay!, a bit like today ,slowly but surely, we are all effected by the Pandemic Statistics !
Very good. An honor. I had an uncle and a friend who served with the 82nd Airborne at or behind the lines on D day. My dad would have been in one of the early waves on the beach, but a leaky boat sent them back. Had that boat not leaked, there would be a high likelihood that he would have been killed.
