I think I'll experiment with these tips and try to make one that is only acoustic. And then later I can always making it electric or wanted to... got me thinking and I love it!
All of mine sound good Electric but I tend to focus on that and not the acoustics side of it ( they're not real loud unplugged) but I've got a few tips now from you and I saw a video from Shane Speal which showed to cut a little dip in the middle of the neck to leave room vibration between the top and the neck. And although I'm aiming to make an electric wouldn't hurt to get some volume out of it without having to plug it in.
