got given this today. is got schaller parts pups heads etc, also a boost pack all looks std. but 5 hours online looking for its maker, and i still have no clue. does anyone have an idea?

turns out (apparently) it was built by a luthier in essex in 1987, and parts were bought for it. its hand built then. so no wonder i cannie find the damned thing! just a new truss rod and a lil bit of tidying up and she'l be rocking again! huzzar!
thing is the body says old and the parts say ten years ish. the machine heads are 26 pounds each! and the bridge is 80 plus the pups are 107.00 its not like it should be hard to find a bass manufacturer that uses these parts, plus would make this bass around the 500 quid mark when new, ten hours straight now, running down extremely smaller rabbit holes and no joy. ;(

No Ideas on who built it, but I'll bet it could tell some stories. Neat old Bass.
