AGP #531 – “Shou Sugi Ban”3 String Fretless Baritone GuitarScale : 711mm / 28 inchesStrings : .049NW / .032NW / .021NW /Tuned: E B eThis one was originally Built as a “Black Sabbath” Aluminium Sign Build, however when finished, the Ghosted Humbucker proved to be a bit too far away from the Strings, resulting in very poor Volume & Tone, So!, off with the Aluminium Sign, and on with a Timber Soundboard.The Box Timber is Treated Radiata Pine Fence Palings, Fiercely Burned “Shou Sugi Ban” Style, the Laminated Neck is recycled Spotted Gum and Camphor Laurel, all coated with Blonde Shellac.A 9.2k Humbucker is wired through 500k Vol & Tone Pots to the Output Jack. :-)
