A Special Build, requested by one of my Grand Daughters for a Special Little Man, my Eldest Great Grandson “Ashar James”, who gets excited at the sign of any type of Large Truck, Big Wheeled Utes, Fire Engines & Earth Moving Vehicles etc.

At first the build was going to be somewhat smaller, and decorated with Image Transfer Prints, but I couldn’t get that to work, so settled on two 300mm x 200mm Aluminium Signs and some Pyrography to provide the Artwork, which of course made the build a bit larger than what I would have liked, but he’s growing fast, and will grow into it no time.

The Box Frame and Neck are recycled Radiata Pine, coated with 3 Coats of Shellac, and an Under Saddle Rod Piezo Pickup was installed hard under the Aluminium Plate directly under the 10mm Threaded Rod & Nuts Bridge, and hardwired to the Output Jack. :-)
