#8 6 string build - May 2015

My modified miter box for cutting fret slots. Added dowels and made wood shims which work as speed clamps to hold the fingerboard in place.

  • I like the big handle on the Japanese fret saw, much easier to use than the flush cut saw I used on all the earlier builds. The box helps keep me "straight"..  thanks Buddy!
