A view from the back end of the lapsteel showing how the cigarebox is mounted in the neck, it also show's a cutout with a bolt trough it wich acts like a tailpiece.If you look closely at the bottom of the box you will see that there is a tiney bit of room between the box and the frame so the box woulnt be dampened by your leg since it doesnt toutch it at all.
