Check out the pictures on my page: 4 string CBG #2 album. I put a couple of pictures that show how I do them. I use a forstner bit to make the holes for them. I have to take a l sanding drum (Dremel) and finish out the hole so the door pull slided in. You could use the larger diameter ones and drill holes in it for use as a "screen". Haven't tried it yet, but it should work good. Wish I had a drill press for things like this.
man i have to ask, what are these awesome hole covers??? i went to the hardware store the other day but could not find anything FOR THE LIFE OF ME that looked like them!!!
