    I love it! Especially the quote on the tin: "Nothing Quiet About 'Em." Man, that is just perfect.

    The staining is rubbed-in acrylic paint from the craft store. Just a bit on some rag over your finger, rub in like stain. Vigorous rubbing eliminates streaking, or a bit of spit here and there. Such a thin coat makes it easier to sand off for that lived in look without clogging up your sandpaper with rubbery acrylic paint.
