3 String Cigarbox Gtr '12

This was my first attempt at cigarbox instrument construction. 3 string (ADA or ADG) using a neck courtesy of Loog Guitars. Loogs are designed for kids to a)make with their Dads, they come in kit form and b) easily learn to play, since they are 3 string models and the kid won't get as frustrated at first...graduating to 6 string much easier. Used 5 string banjo bridge courtesy of Elderly Instruments (why can't local stores in TX stock something like that anymore?) and I left back panel still able to open/close so I can house a Dean Markley pickup inside in case I want to plug in. Strings are nylon, but I'll bet if I used steel or banjo strings the overall sound would be much louder and crisper. As is, sounds very much like some sort of medieval or world instrument (saz, primitive lute, whatnot.
