3. Neck with Bolts and Box with Holes for Bolts

The neck is from a cheap banjo. I split off half of the heel, sawed the thing perpendicular to the neck and glued in place a piece of light-colored wood to make a flat surface to sit against the cigar box. The large bolt is from the original coordinator rod; the purpose of the two hangar bolts is a) to prevent the neck from twisting against the box and b) to help adjust the neck angle.
