The bridge, tail piece and jack plate are also made out of Cocobolo wood. I installed a round Piezo pickup under the lid along with a volume pot and knob, and I installed a .01uf Ceramic Disc Capacitor across the output jack leads. The strings are bronze wound - A (.042); D (.032); and G (.022). The tuning is GDG. The "Just Intonation" works regardless of the tuning as long as you use all wound strings.
