  • at the rate I build, it'll be a long time before I get to play it. :}

  • Tuned GDGB (open G) you still get that 3 string roar plus a little treble when you want it.   Plus, you can play 2 fingered C and D chords and a 1 finger Em.   If you want to play a song in the key of F, you can add easy 3 finger F and Am chords.  If you need any help on those, let me know.

    Makes for a more versatile instrument.

  • I'm  excited to play a fretted four string, but man i love playing slide on this thing through my amp with  some Big Muff fuzz. I'm still amazed with the sound one little piezo disk pumps out ;}

  • Arch, I used to be a 3 string guy and I still am.   But I love fours too.   Either tuned DGBE like the four small strings on a six string or more CBG style" GDGB.

  • thanks John, i'm really loving this little guitar,  i have seven six string guitars  but this is  all i have been playing lately. I'm getting ready to start building  a four string fretted CBG right now :}

  • Great looking guitar, especially in full size.  Yup.  Nice lookin pup too.

  • Thanks Darryl, we have two dogs and we can get them both singing along with a  kazoo or a whistle. always good for a laugh.

  • nice guitar...Nice dog too....i have a beagle, thought it would be fun to try and make him howl, so i turned up the feedback a little, he looks at me and goes and pees on the rug....never tried that again
