The bracing was made from a piece of timber I had aroung the place.
As for the side I have not done them yet, only got the materials today and didn't want to rush it.
On the bending question I will be steaming them, the same as I have done with guitars I have built in the past, so keep your fingers crossed that they don't snap. The bends on this one are a bit on the tight side so there will be a lot of patience involved.
I will let you know how it works out soon.
Just thought I would give you a glimpse at the other guitar I am working on for my Son. It is an electric resonator and will have a transducer on the bottom of the cone with a humbucking neck pick up.
Will post pic when finished.
