After watch Ben Gitty showing his stomp box I decided to make myself one too. The hardest part is finding a box that is long enough for your foot to sit on and is deep enough to mount the Piezo Pre-Amp (3 ½" X 1 ½"). I also referred to Shane Speal’s book "Making Poor Man's Guitars" for more of the details about where he had mounted the Piezo’s.

The box is a Nuestros Puros Undercrown (127mm X 54 – 11 ½" X 5 3/4") and is stained with Rust-Oleum Barn Red. I turned the box upside down to use the thinner plywood surface for a better resonation (the lid is thick).
I installed Matte Black Box Corners. I had to trim one of the box corners with tin snips because of the Piezo Pre-Amp Faceplate.

I finished up my build by adding a vinyl sticker of a boot print that I got off of Amazon for $5.00. Just because I could and it looks good too.
