click that lil landscape icon . as shown below . then click html editor befor posting .

as for posting to front page . go to the photos slide show playing on the frontpage . scroll down . you will see "add photos" in the bottom corner . click that and follow . this will post on your page and the front page .

(you can also do this from your personal page . )
