The 50.cal was originally meant to be the housing for the Jack but was convinced that it looked silly (and I don't think Ben was too keen on cutting open a big bullet not knowing if it was safe to).
Saw his point though when I cut it open, there was quite a few sparks and smoke from inside.
Thank you Timothy for your reply. Glad to hear you are finding the lessons informative and easily comprehensible. Besides producing the video lessons, I teach privately and periodically host 1 day seminars. Please feel free to write if any questions arise as you work through the lessons. Above all, enjoy your practice, Keni Lee
Thank you Timothy for responding. Well, if you are going to make a superior functioning instrument, you certainly want the ability to dial in the intonation so that it is spot on. If the neck lifts, not only do the strings get further from the fingerboard making it harder to finger notes, but the bigger problem is that the instrument plays out of pitch the higher you go up the fingerboard. Yikes! Enjoy.

Thank you Timothy for your friendship. Let me know if I can be of any assistance. Enjoy, Keni Lee
