Hi Greg - thanks for your comment - they seem to work quite well and I thought it was better to drill a small hole by the eye rather than have the strings pass through the headstock, Best, Phil.
Hey Greg, yes the VCC is your 9v + side, use either of the 2 grounds for the 9V - or input - sides. I use a stereo plug so it acts as an on off switch, so I just use 1 ground lug for both 9v & input.
