thats a very nice story,,,i play guitar while watching tv. come up with some good stuff that way...only bad thing is, i cant remember what i just played...need to record it or find a way to be able to go back and listen to it
Hey Gary, Friend. cellos are a gas. My best effort so far as mello volume and great bass voice. My 2x6 cello is my favorite of all my builds. You can use that big box that's been hanging around. Playing one is a good workoout. Like dancing. Lots of bow sawing! Go for it.
I reckon it's great, I'm very much in favour of rule number one, there are no rules. and that's where the creativity starts happening. I find I am constantly scanning for potential guitar bits where ever I go and what ever I do..... I hope nobody finds a cure for that. :o)
Hi Gary. Thanks for what you did for Dan Not a problem, bud. Part of Dans legacy was his generosity to others.I have two of his guitars already.Glad to be passing along oneof Dans axes. This was his prototype Lap steel. They are the gift that keeps on giving.I have very ,very fortunate to have received more than a few guitar gifts from others. So I am glad to complete the circle of giving.Peace .I'll get er out hopefully early next week.
I picked up a CBG kit at the latest festival in St. Louis and wondered if you know who I can talk to to get more. There is no contact info in the kit. Thanks!
Thanks for the invite and welcome I received from a few of you. I look forward to attending the club meeting. . I just made my first cbg and license plate guitar as gifts and now I'm all in. It's time to kick it up a notch!
