little accoustic jam i made last years not so long after i made my first CBG, some modification as been made to it since then but it is still cool to hear this !!!

notice the string i use, is the first 3 of a regular electric set and tune it normally GBE, i might be out of tune a little there but this is how i set up my CBG and how i tune them, so you get a lead type of guitar as you have the high string only !!!

if you've bin practicing the suggested chords, try ""Waggon Wheel by Dylan/Old Crow medicine Show, those chords are what I play to it, just leave the Am out on the last line of each verse/chorus.

Yeah learning the beat is kinda tough at first especially if your conditioned to strumming. I was in a reggae band for a few years and once I went back to playing on an acoustic its like I could strum for $%&@ but I picked up a Uke and it all came back haha. On a 6 string try just using the high three strings at first it might help and try palm muting the strings slightly on the upstroke

i tried for 3 hours last night to get a reggae rythm going on 3 and six string.

Man it's hard, but I can't play anything on the beat now!

Have I started to turn Jamaican, is it irreversable?
