Howdy, y'all. Oops, this is PNW forum... I'm in Eugene and am finishing up my first CBG. Amazing things, CBG. First reaction is always "Ha, ha, what is THAT?" Second one is "Holy @#$!, I've GOTTA get me one of those!" There's a craft center in the Student Union at the U of Oregon I work in. Tools most of us can only DREAM about owning ourselves. If anyone is down south end of the Wilammette Valley, drop me a note. Otherwise, hope to see everybody at the Sisters Folk Festival.

hi..everyone...bob here..i live in campbell river on vancouver island,b.c...i am working on my third cbg and my second cajon..i can,t play either but i am learning..

I've been lurking around CB Nation for awhile now and gathering boxes and parts to build a cbg. Stumbled across this forum today and as I live in Medical Lake I thought I would join. I don't play anything yet but someday I will. If I can't play them at least I will make them.

Awesome Bones, great opportunity for a venue at Sisters !! just beautiful.
Maybe by next year I'll have some builds worthy of showing, what the heck, I'll be there one way or the other. Keep us posted and if there is anything we can do as a group let us know

Hey Bonehead that sounds interesting in Sisters next year. Could be worth scheduling a family visit around that time. Just a short drive from the valley for my wife and me.

Beautiful thing! Excellent to be in touch with so many people from the GREAT NW. I'm a Eugenian exiled in Ohio for the past 20 years away from my beloved bicycle trails, mountains, rivers and coast. Will be retiring there in about 5 more years with a brand new trade under my belt... CBG building. Music is magic in the Northwest!! I get out there about 1-2 a year to visit family would like say a quick hi to anyone in the Eugene area. I like this... lets unite and turn the whole Pacific Rim on to CBG's. Thanks for steppin' up the the plate Bonehead!
